Bearing knives for centerless grinding machines made of brazed tungsten carbide

Bearing knives produced by F.C.M. Utensili are used on rolling machines and on grinding centerless machines to support the sample in preparation.

Due to the high level of friction caused by tools rotation, this part is subjected to wearing and must be realized with a suitable resistant material, tungsten carbide is the solution for this problem.

F.C.M. Utensili designs and produces, besides normal lines of, also special step lines for grinding of tools with more than one diameter, starting of details on drawing that have to be generated ( usually for electric shaft).
