These tools are made of integral tungsten carbide or with the shear part made by carbide braze-welding on a steel body, punches and shearing dies for cutting of tape for tin plating and for magnet lamination realized by F.C.M. Utensili are very appreciated for their quality and lasting of cutting edge wire.

Established techniques

F.C.M. Utensili uses well established techniques for die sharpening and punch for shearing that ensure a perfect capacity of cutting edge wire, even after many months of continuous work.

Our standard, concerning die production, is the use of a sharpened like a roof that allows a smooth performance of shearing and, at the same time, a drastic reduction of noise produced during this operation.
