Needle for seaming and flanging

F.C.M. Utensili daily realizes particular tools needed for seaming and flanging operation of tin tape.
F.C.M. Utensili produces complete head, a part from realization of single needle for seaming. Our needles for seaming are realized with a carry-over made of carbide braze-welding on the top of which we obtain the requested profile.

The use of carbide during seaming is very useful since it reduces the block of machine work during substitution of needle and, moreover, it allows to obtain a better superficial finishing that directly reflects on the finishing of the tools in progress.
