Services offered

The starting point of all our work is the technical office. Our designers work on a 3D CAD system and their expertise had been acquired over the last years. We are always tightly collaborating with our customer to fully understand their needs. These allow us to better support our preparation and trim unit that, at the moment, can claim around 60 machines. This environment enables us to offer the following services:

  • Production and regrinding of circular blades for shear

  • Design, production and regrinding of cutting punch and dies made of carbide

  • Design, production and maintenance of primary and secondary scroll dies

  • Design, production and maintenance of bearing knives for centerless grinding machines

  • Production of particular tools for flanging and seaming

  • Regeneration of profile on needle of flanging and seaming

  • Design, production and regrinding of special cutter (shaped, disk, shaving, grinds coffee…)

  • Design, production of cilindrical and profiled drill bitsmade of carbide

  • Design, production and renewal of various tools(metal wire making, fixed tailstock, chamfering blades)

  • Production of prototype and sampling

  • Serial production

  • Reverse engineering from sample
