Shearing dies primary and secondary scroll, linear or shaped shear, starting from the drawing of the sheet that has to be obtained.
Our shearing dies primary and secondary scrolls are realized on spheroidal graphite iron bedframe head, which ensures more dimentional stability and much more rigidity compared to steel.
The rigidity of our scroll dies is guaranteed by using an alignment commensurate to the required stress. Moreover, as for the other parts of the shearing dies, we use only high quality materials.
Some dies typologies:
Our shearing blades are made using only grinding, tangential for straight-cut blades and grinding with Hauser coordinates for shaped-cut blades. Shearing blades are made by tungsten carbide, either in the integral form or braze-weld one.
We produce routinely steel blades as well, especially if the machine where the die will be installed does not ensure proper rigidity.
Seaming dies for sheet metal produced by F.C.M. Utensili are used by our customers to avoid blocks of the productive machines at the moment of substitution of the coils. Seaming dies for steel sheets are produced with steel shearing pieces that are either released at the natural state or coated using superficial treatments to better ensure sliding when needed.
LONG LASTING MATERIALS
Shearing pieces are produced using grinding to guarantee a long lasting cutting wire.
