Abstützschienen mit hart-aufgelötetem Hartmetall für spitzlose Schleifmaschinen
Die von der F.C.M. Utensili hergestellten Abstützschienen mit hart-aufgelötetem Hartmetall werden in Gewinderoll- und spitzlosen Schleifmaschinen (centerless) verwendet um das Werkstück abzustützen.
Aufgrund der hohen Reibung die wegen der Werkstückdrehung verursacht wird, ist die Schiene einem hohen Verschleiß ausgesetzt und sie muss daher aus einem Werkstoff mit angebrachter Festigkeit hergestellt sein; Hartmetall ist die Lösung für dieses Problem.
duziert, zusätzlich zu den normalen Abstützschienen für Schleifdurchgänge, auch abgestufte Schienen ausgehend von der Kundenzeichnung, um Werkstücke mit mehreren Durchmessern zu schleifen (normalerweise Wellen für Elektromotoren).
