Walzrollen in Hartmetall zum Falzen und Bördeln
F.C.M. Utensili fertigt in der Regel die nötigen Elemente her, die für die Falz- und Bördel-Verfahren an Weißblech-Behältern notwendig sind. Neben der Herstellung der einzelnen Falzwalzen, liefert F.C.M. Utensili auch komplette Köpfe.
Unsere Falzwalzen haben einen hart-aufgelöteten Einsatz aus Hartmetall aus dem das geforderte Profil erhalten wird.
Der Einsatz von Hartmetall im Falzverfahren ist besonders geeignet, da aufgrund des Austauschs der Wälzrollen nicht nur die Maschinen-Stillstandzeiten erheblich reduziert werden, sondern auch ein höherer Grad der Oberflächengüte erzielt wird, der sich dann direkt auf die Oberfläche des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks auswirkt.
